Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

It is conveniently located by Bryan College, The Dayton Boat Dock, Laurel State Park, Pocket Wilderness, & great restaurants. It is timely located 45 mins from Chattanooga, a little over an hour away from Knoxville, and 2 hours from Pigeon Forge. Perfect, whether you are looking to fish, hike, visiting, or simply relax with your cup of coffee in hand. We are only mins away if you need anything.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

The Trinity Cottage is a historic gem in Dayton. It was built in the 1920’s as the parsonage for the Trinity Chapel next door. It’s been completely renovated and updated. This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.
