3 bedroom 1.5 bath home located in Wateredge Campground. While located in the campground the home provides privacy and comfortable accommodations and a golf cart to get around easily. Just steps from beautiful Sacandaga Lake where you can enjoy swimming,boating fishing, etc. There is a marina located 1 mile from the home for boat/jet ski rentals. The home is also conveniently located 30 minutes from Saratoga as well as 30 minutes from Lake George. Everything you need for your stay is included.

Two acre property with direct water access…fishing, kayaking, swimming. Spend time with the hummingbirds, loons, bald eagles, owls & other water fowl. From the lake there are phenomenal sunsets and fabulous nature views. Local trails for hikers.

Enjoy 3 patios/porches overlooking the tree-lined landscape and private deeded lake access a quarter-mile away (roughly a 5-10min walk). Modern comfort meets Adirondack charm—perfect for a relaxing escape. *THIS HOUSE IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF FOUR GUESTS (to include any children)*

Modern Rustic Adirondack A-frame

Come stay in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our Rustic yet Modern cabin has a touch of whimsy because why should you be serious on vacation?!? The cabin sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft and futon in the living room room. We have an outdoor fire pit and a wood-burning stove inside. There is access to the lake from the property only a short walk away. We’re located close to Lake George, Saratoga, Glens Falls, and more. The cabin makes a great homebase for exploring the Adirondacks.

Enjoy morning coffe on the front covered deck with views of the Great Sacandaga Lake. Take advantage of the kayaks on site with access to the 84' of direct waterfront across the street. Dock is also available. 30 minute drive to historic Saratoga Race Track. Pet friendly, pet fee. Water front is 84 feet wide with a 66 foot dock. Water front is shared between the two cabins.

The Abeling - Great Sacandaga Lake

Hello. Please write something about yourself and your group. Thank you. Our beautiful 3 Bedroom year-round home is perfectly placed on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Directly on the lake, we face south w/plenty of sun. The 50' of sandy beach and dock are perfect compliments to the crystal clear water, Escape to The Abeling. Water levels fluctuate, especially in Spring and Early Summer. There may be no beach because of high-water levels. Please remember, Sacandaga is a reservoir.

Comfortable fully furnished upstairs apartment in our two family home located in the quaint village of Northville. Apt, with private entrance, offers a queen bed (accommodations for 1 to 2 adults only) newly furnished living room, fully stocked kitchen. Large front porch where you can sit and relax. Quiet neighborhood. Parking on premises for one vehicle. Conveniently located to numerous amenities. 2 bicycles with helmets and cable lock available for you during your stay.

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.
