Alison was wonderful and so kind to accommodate a special request for us. We took our first trip with a new baby and the Airbnb was perfect. Great location. Clean space with everything we needed. My 4 year old slept on the pull out couch which was a great / comfortable one! Great place. Highly recommend.

Great place. Everything you need in a killer location. Kimberly was great. We had a few questions and she got right back to us with the info we needed.

Comfortable and charming studio, perfect for a night or weekend in this town or the surrounding area! We fit in Blackwater Falls, Lindy Point Overlook, and Seneca Rocks into about a 24 hour total trip. And this place was the perfect resting spot for the night.

We needed a place to stay overnight and take a hot shower after a long drive. This lodge has a lot of character since it's been converted from a business of some sort. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking outside. The only sink is in the bathroom, and the shower stall is smaller than standard size. Can easily walk to two restaurants in Durbin and this is very close to great hiking and views. Well off the beaten path so the stars should be excellent, unfortunately it rained the night we stayed. Many local birds singing in the morning.

We had a wonderful time visiting Canaan Valley. Karina was the best host, very nice and clean home. I will miss playing with the two kittens Celeste and Juanito ❤️ would definitely stay here again. Thanks again

We had a great stay, our 1st time in Davis but it won't be our last and would definitely book this property again! The location was a perfect home base for the sites and activities we had lined up. It was nice to have dining options right there and we especially loved the convenience of hopping on the bike and being on trails within minutes. The fire pit area was nice, always love to see and hear the water. We appreciated Allison's responsiveness to our requests during the stay. Davis, WV is a true gem!

Comfortable and clean and equipped with essentials. I would definitely recommend this place and won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Luscombe’s place was super charming, as was the town of Davis. The apartment had all that we needed and was the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was also super comfy! I loved being able to walk to everything: groceries, coffee, food, a brewery, a few shops. All were just a few feet away. Make sure you don’t miss out on driving the short distance to Thomas. Another adorable small town. Great shops and the Purple Fiddle pub!

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are exploring the Blackwater State Park area. Couldn’t be more convenient! We were so pleasantly surprised by the shops and restaurants in the area. The food and the service from the locals cultivated a super friendly environment. The owner was very responsive over messaging the few times we reached out. Couple cons: I will say the listing was a little overpriced for what you get, though the inflated price could have been because of the holiday weekend. The upstairs bedroom would get pretty warm and there were instructions that you could not adjust the thermostat. I can understand the owner not wanting us to mess with the room temperature, the weather dropped from 51 to 11 degrees in a matter of 24 hours while we were there! But if you are a hot sleeper and being able to adjust the thermostat is important to you, it may be something worth considering! Overall I would recommend this listing!

I loved staying here! Private location, safe neighborhood, cute apartment over the (large) garage. Very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Lower ceiling over the bed/bath area, but in the main living/dining/kitchen area - which was quite large, very clean, and comfortable - the ceilings were over 9'. Would definitely stay again & recommend!

This was a great place to stay in the heart of Thomas West Virginia. There is plenty to do in the area and it was a perfect place to settle down in at the end of the day. I would definitely rent this place again on my next trip to Thomas Wv.

Our stay at Dave and Linna's was wonderful and would go back in a heartbeat. The location is so close to the slopes. They truly have put a special touch into the place as well. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is lovely, and it's very clean. Beautiful touches throughout and thoughtful accessories just in case you might forget a toiletry item or something. Can't wait to make another visit to Timberline and stay here.

Great stay! Very comfortable and felt right at home. Apartment has everything you need and an especially well stocked kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was cozy. Great little touches throughout. Walkable to downtown, restaurants and even grocery. Rachel was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely be looking to stay here when I return to the area.

This was our third stay at this airbnb and won't be our last! Have stayed upstairs twice now, downstairs once. Our preference is the upstairs because it has two bedrooms. Love the path that is just outside the door - and the spring bridge just over the way. Be warned -- there are a lot of steps to the upper floor - so those with mobiility issues will want to choose the downstairs option.

Stayed at the bank house in mid April because I love to hike/trail run with my dog. Space was great with a close location to Otter Creek Wilderness, Thomas/ Davis and Black Water Falls, Dolly Sods, ect. Everything was excellent! Would stay again and would recommend!

Older, very roomy apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just the way we like it. Carmen was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would stay again.

A cozy weekend stay was just what I wanted and Justin’s place was perfect! I loved the attention to detail and workmanship featured throughout. Every effort was made for comfort and mood-setting (dimmers on all the lights!). Great spot to relax after a short ramble or longer hike and dive into a great book. I appreciated the supportive memory foam mattress and all-cotton linens. Thank you!

A homey and affordable option in Davis. It’s a great little town and the Airbnb was very convenient. Rentals are becoming abundant in Davis, this isn’t new and shiny like many, but homey and comfortable. I would argue an Airbnb more of how Davis should be. It’s easy to find and quick to all the adventures the area holds.
