The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Swimming, hiking, and fishing on Goodyear Lake 5 mins away! Minutes from live music, cafes, and antique shops!

The A-Frame on Pudding Hill

Escape to the charming town of Stamford and unwind at The A-Frame on Pudding Hill. Nestled on 5 wooded acres, this A-frame offers a secluded and serene retreat for friends, families, and couples alike. Take in stunning views of foliage, hike nearby trails, and cozy up by the crackling fire for family game night or karaoke. With endless activities like indulging in a wood-burning hot tub or channeling your inner child with our new rope swing. The A-Frame on Pudding Hill is the perfect getaway.

The Lily Pad

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a separate one room king bed cottage, with a front porch, between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes). Enjoy the serenity of the ponds and birds. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything.

The Monroe House Barn Apt is tucked away between our Main House and Guest Cabin on our picturesque 34 acre estate. Guests have *shared access* to our Hot Tub with stunning views of the mountains. Absolutely NO PETS or SMOKING

Secluded and Private Catskills Cabin with a View

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.
