A very short drive to TBK Complex and all that area has to offer and charming Downtown Leclaire is right down the road for unique dining and shopping. Proximity to I-80 makes Illinois QC destinations a quick drive as well!

My Awesome Fort Above The Garage!

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Spacious Beautiful 1890 Victorian house on a hill overlooking the Mississippi River. The perfect quiet getaway for singles, couples or small groups. Close to Restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a sprawling bike path. This apartment is the lower level of a duplex. I live upstairs. Fire pit in the summer with a view of the Mississippi River. Full kitchen, dining room, living room. Feel free to spread out and make yourself at home in this spacious blissful one bedroom with a king sized bed.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

This home has fabulous views of the mighty Mississippi, with plenty of space to allow you to absorb the beautiful atmosphere and relax comfortably. There is plenty of parking space , and it also has its own boat launch and dock . Lots of room for entertainment indoors and out . Grill and relax on the deck or have your morning coffee in the gazebo by the river . There are also 3 garage spaces . Three large bedrooms with king size beds, and three full baths. Bunk bed as well

View of the river Centennial bridge lights In fall, bugle calls from Arsenal at 6:30 am 9:30 and 10:00 pm. Very quiet safe neighborhood on narrow low traffic cross street. Walking distance to bars (live music on weekends) restaurants, shops, kwik shop, coffee shop, Lindsey Park playground, water taxi on the river, 70 mile bike trail. My property is secured with a smart lock
