Per chi vuole godersi il tranquillo paesaggio del golfo di Fondachello e la costa Siciliana fra Palermo e Cefalu'. La villetta dispone di 2 camere da letto comunicanti fra di loro, una matrimoniale con vista mare e l'altra con un lettino. Ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia di 3 persone. Per accedere nella camera da letto matrimoniale bisogna passare dalla camera con il lettino. Ci sono 2 bagni, uno in camera e l'altro con accesso dall'esterno. Ampio parcheggio all'interno della proprieta'.

La villa dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 uso matrimonile di cui 1 con bagno privato in camera, la terza camera ad uso quadrupla anche questa dotata di bagno privato in camera. Inoltre e' presente anche un divano letto per altri due ospiti. Un bagno esterno, con due doccie una interna ed una esterna in spiaggia.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

Our beautiful apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The apartment has a wonderful balcony overlooking the characteristic main square.
