Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Our very recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house in Argostoli,in a quiet area ,only 500 m away from the main square. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

Villa Arietta is a lovely secluded villa with a private pool and 3 bedrooms, surrounded by garden with local Mediterranean plants , colourful flowers and stone walls, in perfect harmony with the impressive landscape. Located on a plot of 2,500 square meters in the picturesque village of Kontogenada, is only 10 mins drive to the magnificent Petani beach and 15 mins drive to Lixouri where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants.

Lixouri Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in a calm area, only 12 minutes drive from Lixouri (6,7 km). Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio, garden and private parking space. The cottage is in the heart of the nature, offering you ultimate moments of relaxation. The nearest beach is Lagkadakia beach (4-5 minutes by car).
