Die zweistöckige Villa ist eine von zwei Doppelhaushälften, mit einem Balkon und einer riesigen Terrasse im ersten Stock, sowie einer Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Es sind ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden. Ein brandneuer Pool wurde dieses Jahr gebaut und steht Euch jetzt zur Verfügung. Über 40 Quadratmeter für Euch.

As the İztuzu Beach is protected by national and international laws, all houses in the region are located away from the nature and loggerhead turtle hatching zone. A 15 minute drive will take you to the beach. The closest shopping location is 1 km away.

Villa Manzara Rudy met gratis Wifi

Villa Manzara Rudy is in 2023 gerenoveerd en heeft een serre en een extra groot terras. De serre bevat schuifdeuren waardoor het met mindere weersomstandigheden nog goed vertoeven is. Op het terras staan twee grote lounge banken aan het zwembad. Deze renovatie heeft onze villa in verblijfsgemak vergroot.
