Great communication. Exactly what we expected. Great hosts!!

Location was great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Having a dog park just steps away was very convenient. The two car garage made parking a breeze.

Blake was a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Ashley was on top of everything. From the code to the gate to responding quickly. The house was perfect. We were there with 2 other friends and a 18 month year old. We felt like we were at our own house. Just hanging out. The location is right next to everything. We would stay here again.

Super cute townhouse located just minutes from everything you might want to do in Dallas! Check in was super easy - the directions are really clear and we had no issue getting in when we arrived late in the evening! The decor is beautiful - a mix of modern and vintage pieces that mesh well together - we also loved all the art throughout! Adam was very responsive when we needed anything! We would definitely book again if we come back to Dallas!

My stay at Contemporary Skyline View No. 1 was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, Chris was a phenomenal host—responsive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my visit. The apartment is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and the skyline view is absolutely breathtaking. Great place, easy instructions for check in and out. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Hosts decorated it beautifully and went above and beyond to make it feel homey. Neighborhood is very quiet.

This townhouse is super cute, accessible, and walkable to the Denton square and lots of fun restaurants! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very tidy, and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. We loved that there was a downstairs space for our early risers to go to and leave the sleeping unbothered upstairs. The location is perfect! Close to everything you need; shopping, restaurants, downtown, the stockyards. It’s all within 8-15min. The neighborhood is pretty, if you enjoy an afternoon walk you would feel safe to go and not be totally worried about getting jumped. lol The hosts were so lovely and quick to help if we had questions or needed anything. Will be back again.

The place was exactly like the pictures . Very homey clean and in a good location. The host responded quickly and worked with us in a early Checkin. I would recommend this place to anyone

Truly bigger and better than the photos. Huge, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and master planned to be walkable. Numerous restaurants and a small grocery are literally around the corner. Communications with Elena was excellent and crystal clear. We would 100% stay here again.

This was one of the cleanest and best organized places I’ve ever stayed. There were clear instructions on how to access everything and how to utilize the amenities. All three rooms we used were great as were the public spaces and having a garage to park our car was a huge bonus as there was a storm during our trip. James was a proactive communicator and took great care of us.

The space was terrific. We had three boys and three dads there for a soccer tourney. The kitchen was amazing - would love this at my own house. The pool table and NBA Jam video game were both hits with boys and dads. The living room area attached to kitchen on the first floor was a great area for all of us to hang out in. Great place if you plan to cook your own meals. Not a lot of good restaurants nearby, but Walmart/kroger close - and again, the kitchen is awesome.

We recently stayed at Lilly's place and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic, being close to the convention center, which made it very convenient for our activities. It was a bit noisy at night with sirens and other city sounds, but nothing too disruptive. The place was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the necessary linens and towels, which was a nice touch. The layout was practical, with the main living areas (kitchen and living room) and the bedrooms primarily on two floors. The steps didn't bother us at all. Parking in the garage was good, although it could be a bit tricky when cars were parked outside of the garages on the end. There is a donut shop on the corner that's very convenient and was good! Get there early though, they do sell out quickly!! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
