From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Verwurzelt und gewachsen aus Holz, der Baustein für unser Haus. Verwendet als Werkstoff von der Dämmung bis zur Einrichtung für unsere Komfort-Apartments. Mit der Kraft aus der Natur schöpfend, dem Restholz der hauseigenen Tischlerei zur Wärmegewinnung, verwandelt sich unser Haus in ein Naturhaus. Reinkommen. Loslassen. Genießen.

Servus Bergfreunde, wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht genauso bergverliebten Menschen wie wir es sind, eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bescheren. Egal ob Wandern, Ski fahren oder Mountainbiken, ob Erholung oder Abenteuer, das Privatgrundstück bietet das Rundumpaket mitten in einer der schönsten Naturschutzskigebieten Europas. Der Sonnenkopf, Lech, St. Anton oder der Montafon liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Selbst der traditionelle Jakobsweg führt mitten durch das Grundstück.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

MooRooM

Unsere Ferienwohnung MooRooM mit Bergblick befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf der Sonnenseite des idyllischen, kleinen Orts namens Dalaas am Fuße des Arlbergs. Die FeWo mit separatem Eingang, wurde kürzlich renoviert und bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich recht wohl zu fühlen: Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Essbereich, eine gemütliche Sofaecke, ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa bietet vier Personen Platz, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, Handtüchern und einem Föhn.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Three bedrooms in Swiss pine and larch, panoramic windows, a wood fireplace, open kitchen and a private pine sauna with outdoor shower create a place for peace and privacy. Plus spacious sun terraces with mountain views – handcrafted, natural, unique. "Feel the mountains" is our promise.

Ferienwohnung Palidi

Unsere helle, sonnige Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen privaten, überdachten, barrierefreien Eingang und ein Carport direkt vor der Tür. Zusätzlich gibt es bei Bedarf eine Schlüsselbox für eine kontaktlose Abwicklung. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 1–2 Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt für Ausflüge in die Region.
