Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 to Walmart, 50 minutes to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. Great to visit & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. WI-FI & Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Remain secluded or visit! Our dogs are a guest favorite!

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Country Pleasure

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!
