Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more.
