Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

My little home has everything you need for your up north getaway with so many options of outdoor amenities/activities! Walking trail that leads to the cute town of Alanson where there is dining and shops. Take a dip in the pool and have a barbecue, play tennis or pickleball. Enjoy a bonfire under the trees in the backyard. You can't beat the location, with easy access to Indian River, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City. *Boat Launch at the river for a $15 fee.
