Come enjoy our beautiful, architecturally designed home on 200' of private, freshwater shoreline located on East Grand Traverse Bay. It is located 15 min from Flintfields horse park, 20 min north of Traverse City & TVC airport and just minutes from the charming, lakeside village of Elk Rapids. The spacious and wide open floor plan is perfect for families & friends to gather, get away & enjoy all that northern Michigan has to offer. No matter what the season, you will find truly amazing beauty!

Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Welcome to the A-frame at Finch Creek. A one-of-a-kind Northern Michigan getaway overlooking Finch Creek and completely surrounded by the Grass River Natural Area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.
