Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! It was a trip we will never forget and I can't wait to do it again! Thank you Karen!

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay!! Our first family vacation to PCB and the house met all of our needs. The house was fully equipped with plenty of towels and kitchenware. The golf cart was perfect for heading to the beach or running to the local grocery store. The location was so close to an uncrowded and beautiful beach. And the host, Kiersten, was extremely responsive.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

This is a great location! It is a really nice place very close to the beach and great for bike riders. The internet had stability issues, but this is not the fault of the host, it has more to do with the provider. I would definitely stay here again, but people need to realize that there are a lot of stairs in this house, not a problem for most people, but people with mobility issues or with small children need to be aware. The hosts were very responsive to questions and concerns, so I would recommend this location. There was construction going on next door, very close to this house due to the nature of a resort area and how close houses are built. It was very loud, but again, this is not the fault of the host and will be done at some point, but it was extremely loud during all working hours including Saturday. All in all I would definitely recommend this location and these hosts, just trying to give an honest perspective.

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Mike and Pam's place was the perfect place for a beach getaway! The location was perfect! Quiet street, great back deck, close walk to great part of the beach! just close enough to the main area, but far enough away to get a quiet visit. The place had everything we needed. There were great easy instructions in the house. We will definitely be back when in the area!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Kelly and Sandy’s place was great! It’s just a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is just like the pictures. Lots of things to do in the area. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. They also live close by, so if you need them, they’re just minutes away to help! Overall, it was a great place. I highly recommend. And will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay! The spacious layout was perfect for our group, and the walkable distance to the beach was a major plus. The free beach chairs and reserved spot made our beach days even more enjoyable. Our host was friendly and responsive, and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!
