There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

Von hier aus können Sie den Norden Mallorcas entdecken: wunderschöne Badestrände, verwunschene Wanderungen durch die Tranmontana, atemberaubende Ausblicke wie z. B. in Puig de Maria oder auch Golf Spielen bei Greenfeece.

The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls.
