The Old Farm Bothy is a cosy hideaway for two in a beautiful scenic spot on a working hill farm at the foot of the Angus Glens. With a wood burning stove, small garden with panoramic views and easy walks from the door it is an ideal place to switch off and relax with a good book and fresh air. It's also a great base for walking, cycling, golf, skiing and exploring central Scotland. Studio accommodation with separate galley kitchen and shower room. Outdoor furniture; adjacent parking. It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. There is a unique feature light created by Scotland’s “Blazing Blacksmith”. It is a detached stone-built dwelling in its own walled-drive with parking space and mounted charger for electric cars. Located in attractive rural Perthshire village (13 miles from Dundee) close to Cairngorms, Angus Glens, Perth and Dundee.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

"Ericht" was completed in April 2022. We are taking bookings now for May 2022 onwards. This is our 2nd cabin and 'Isla' is generally booked months in advance. Ericht offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. Sitting within our 14 acre smallholding in a rural setting surrounded by farmland with open views of the Sidlaw Hills (and our sheep) Situated between 2 lochs, generously equipped for 2 people for a night or a week.

The Wagon at the Bonnington Farm

The Wagon is a recently refurbished 1947 Hurst Fairground Showman's Wagon, set in a stunning position on the edge of the Highlands on the Bonnington Farm with beautiful views to the south and west. Close to the Cairngorms National Park, it is accessible from all parts of the country and close to the amenities of Blairgowrie.
