Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, yet peaceful, air conditioned home away from home. Restaurants, ice cream shop, souvenirs, cafe, grocery store and nature trails are all within a 1 minute walk. If you'd prefer to drive 5-10 minutes, you'll find an antique store, golf course and a number of beaches! Heron Point Hide-Away truly is a special place. Just bring your personal care items with you as you'll find everything at 'home' or a short walk away.

The Sheep Camp cabin- Bear Creek Cabins

This cabin is suitable for 2 people for a night or as an addition to the White tail cabin as an extra bedroom for your teenagers maybe? This cabin has a tiny kitchen; it has a mini sink, a mini fridge, a microwave, a hot plate and a coffee maker. Outside there is a BBQ with propane, a fire pit and a picnic table. We have 8 more unique rustic cabins, all the other ones are bigger. We are a working guest ranch and have a small western town close by. Horse riding and farm tours can be booked.

Newly-renovated 3,500 sq. ft. home on 8 acres of gated country land. It has 5 bedrooms (4 queens, 1 double), 3.5 bathrooms, central air, and WiFi. The big kitchen and dining areas make it easy to cook and eat together. There’s also a pool table, satellite TV, and some board games and puzzles to enjoy. Outside, you’ll find a large deck with seating, a large natural gas BBQ, a seasonal hot tub, and a fire pit with firewood provided. Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience."

Fully private, large, 1 bedroom suite. Shower and clawfoot tub in the bathroom. Separate breakfast area with microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and toaster. Peaceful countryside location but just minutes from amenities in Wetaskiwin. Close to 4 golf courses. 25 minutes south from the Edmonton International airport. 30 minutes west from Camrose. Bedroom has a comfy king bed and a smart TV. Outdoor sitting area on the deck. Breakfast options can be discussed with the host upon booking.

Sorsele Hus -- lakefront cottage at Pigeon Lake

Sorsele Hus is a bright, cozy two-bedroom cottage fronting directly onto Pigeon Lake. Built over 80 years ago, it has been lovingly restored to honour its original Swedish owners. The large wrap-around deck with a gas firepit opens onto a lawn next to the beach. There is public green space right next door for tossing a frisbee or kicking a ball around. The cottage is just an hour's drive from Edmonton or within cycling distance for those looking for a bicycle vacation.
