It is a 5 min walk from local bars and restaurants. 1 Bedroom with a double bed along with a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Bed linen and towels supplied. No pets.

This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Landsdowne Cottage is a 200 year old estate cottage on the edge of 40 acres of nature reserve . We are a 35 year old forest garden planted with a variety of fruit and nut trees. Red squirrel can be seen in the autumn stocking up their stores for the winter. We are situated between the lakes, waterfall and ancient standing stones of Gleninchaquin Valley and Coornagillagh beach. We are ideally located to explore the stunning Ring of Beara, known for its rugged beauty and coast line.

Watch the otters, sea birds and wild deer from your deck overlooking the beach. Relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi or inside beside our wood burning stove. A spacious house, secluded and private, it was originally built by my grandparents as a holiday home in the 1950s, now successfully renovated for the 21st century!
