This unique building was once a factory powered by the nearby Mill Creek, and produced the world's first headphones. Now converted to art studios including: painting, glass, carpentry, music & more.

This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

There are two very large bedrooms, and one bathroom to accommodate your stay. The space also includes a full living room and kitchen, as well as a pool table and other games. This is in an unbeatable location. Literally a few minutes from the mouth of the Cottonwood Canyons. Also close to dining, and freeway access.

My place is only 2 min from I-215 freeway entrance, about 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the mouth of little and big Cottonwood canyons, 20-30 min to popular ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird & Park City), & 15 min from downtown SLC. You’ll love it because of the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

#5 Sugar House Bikram Yoga

Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.
