Luxury 2BR Private Suite Retreat, Parker near I-25

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Open space, views, sunny, no animals or smokers

This sunny 3 bedroom home is in a quiet residential neighborhood located close to DTC, The Denver Bronco Training Facility, Centennial Airport and E470. 2 king beds and one queen. Master has Huge closets, large soaking bath tub and walk in shower with two sinks. lots of towels for guest use and laundry facility. The deck over looks open space to the S and W, the house gets sun all day long. Deck has a table with chairs and BBQ grill. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything.

Located just minutes away from the DTC area, shopping, dining, and walking trails, the studio is also within walking distance of the light rail and easy access to the highway.
