This is our holiday home which we get to use 2-3 times a year. We have been visiting Cotton Tree for 35 years and we believe it is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. We are close to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Our sunny patio, is great for breakfast.

Situated on the ground floor of our two-storey family beach house, The Breeze has its own private entry. The apartment has been generously prepared with thoughtful touches like french linen bedding, floor to ceiling storage and a number of streaming services provided.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various restaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Relax by the pool, soak in the Spa or sit on the Verandah looking out to the Ocean. Nothing beats it..!

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.
