Casita de campo situada en una soleada ladera del Valle de Sóller. Tradicional casa mallorquina a unos 2 Km del centro de Sóller. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Ideal for families or close friends. Upstairs: Open double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the living room, plus an additional bedroom with two single beds. Both share the same bathroom. Downstairs: Two double bedrooms with shared access and one shared bathroom (see floor plan).

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones). It is on the top of a hill, overlooking the bay of Alcudia and theTramuntana mountains, away from roads and at the end of a dead end, at 10 minutes to the beaches of Muro, Alcúdia and Can Picafort. Terrace and garden. Peace and tranquility amidst nature, and a rural atmosphere.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
