In an elegant lakefront villa consisting of five apartments, a fanciful independent open space with independent entrance. The apartment, in a very central position, recently renovated, has a welcoming double bedroom / living room, bathroom, spacious kitchen / dining room and outdoor patio. Private jetty with direct access to the lake, gazebo, barbecue and large garden shared with the owners and guests of the other apartments. A real corner of peace and relaxation!
