The house is located on the edge of the village of Villaputzu in a very quiet location and beautiful nature, is 10 minutes by car from Porto Corallo beach and 1 hour from Cagliari airport . The market, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Moreover, towels and linens are provided, included in the arrangement. Benvenuti !

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

Mini appartamento nel paese di Sant'Antioco, in zona centrale ma tranquilla e silenziosa. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è molto accogliente, pur essendo in una via molto silenziosa è a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare, vicina a tutti i servizi, non avrete bisogno di usare l'auto se non per raggiungere le spiagge. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 6 km di distanza.
