This beautiful Attic is located in Castelsardo, a medieval village overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. It is about 300 m from the main beach. The small town of Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is set on a rock overlooking the sea. It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Al centro del Nord Sardegna, nella verde Anglona, a circa un'1h e 30 dagli scali di Olbia e Alghero, a 300 m/h e a 8 chilometri dal mare , IL PAESE NELLA ROCCIA > SEDINI. Un mini appartamento, tra il verde, in una tipica casa sarda per chi ama la natura, la quiete, ma anche la comodità di essere vicino ad un centro abitato dalle caratteristiche peculiari. Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Genießen Sie einen entspannten Tag am privaten Pool mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen! Traumhafte Strände wie Li Cossi (5 Autominuten und 10 min zu Fuß), La Marinedda (Isola Rossa) oder Cala Sarraina (20 Autominuten) finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Nähe der Villa befinden sich viele Freizeitaktivitäten – auch für Familien. Segeln und Surfen kann man in Isola Rossa oder Santa Teresa di Gallura, eine Tauchbasis und ein Verleih von Booten befinden sich direkt in der Costa Paradiso.

Equipped with all comforts, it is accessible thanks to the public car Park in front and only 10 steps to the apartment.

Giunto all'ingresso della casa aprirai la porta d'ingresso e, davanti ai tuoi occhi, ti apparirà la splendida distesa del mare con il suo l'orizzonte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
