Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Here you can enjoy its crystal-clear lake, spacious sports and leisure areas, and peaceful gardens that are ideal for strolling, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a delicious meal. It is just 4 kilometers from the sea and the coastal area of Los Alcázares.

Relax in a studio, full of color and very comfortable, and its large terrace overlooking the hills of the Valley of Albaida. In front of the studio are the old schools built in 1930, which house the municipal library and the museum of singer Nino Bravo and in front of you find the splendid Paseo del Ensanche.
