The apartment has been renovated with high quality materials. with air conditioning and heat pump, automatic awnings, Wi-Fi (600Mb) and satellite TV (ITV, Channel 4). It is located on the first floor and there is an elevator. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is a lift. From the living-dining room you have magnificent views in an unbeatable location. There is a comfortable reclining sofa and two armchairs. NOTE: The sofa is not for an extra guest to sleep (neither adult, nor child, nor baby). It has a kitchen with all the comforts: fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils such as pots, pans, spoons, forks, knives, plates, glasses, etc. The apartment has two bedrooms. One of the bedroom has two single beds and the second one has a single bed. All the matresses are comfortable. There is also a wardrobe in the single bedroom and a big double wardrobe on the aisle. It is delivered with bed linen, pillows, duvets and bath towels. All this products are 100% cotton. There are also three big size beach towels. The bathroom has a large size shower. There is a sink, cabinet, bidet, toilet and electric heater. NOTE: there is a step at the bathroom entrance. Mobility scooters are not recommended inside the apartment. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. This is why we block two days between bookings to refresh air the apartment totally. All bedding is cotton and washed at 60º.
