Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!

Nye's Place in Heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.

Located in the heart of Coshocton, this newly remodeled first floor home will make for a comfortable stay! The complete kitchen, full bathroom and laundry, large dining room and spacious living room is perfect for your weekend getaway or month-long stay. The carport, attached to the home, makes for a safe and convenient entry. Charming backyard gives space to be outside. Pet friendly with a deposit.

Arrowhead Ridge Off-Grid Cabin #2 No hidden fees!

This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.
