Molly Branch Cottage - Complete Privacy!

Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

Enjoy a stylish and quiet getaway that is conveniently only 14 minutes from Downtown Knox! Relax under the pergola with a beautiful view of the nearby mountains, or if you are feeling active, House Mountain Trail is only ten minutes away. A fully stocked kitchen, 50" Smart TV, and washer and dryer will cover all your basic necessities. Stay at our place and you'll skip the Knoxville traffic to get to Pigeon Forge in only 40 minutes. Easy self check-in and check-out will make your stay complete!

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
