Coastal Bend Canal Cottage str permit #2025-195624

Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

Amber’s Beach Place

Grab your favorite drink and sit out on the balcony that overlooks the ocean! This is a fully furnished condo that sleeps 6, with 4 adults maximum. Relax by the pool in the resort style cabana area or take the 60 second walk to the beach. The condo is located near great restaurants such as Pier 99 and Blackbeards. Within walking distance are the popular Corpus attractions: the Aquarium and Lexington. A short trip across the bridge will get you to the American Bank Center as well as museums!!

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

Howdy! Our vacation beach king bed suite is on the north Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. We are right on the canal and ground floor. No steps! Enjoy fishing from our private back porch and shared fishing docks. Beautiful water view at the updated Swimming pool and hot tub. One king bed in the bedroom, Daybed with a trundle & one queen sofa bed in the living room. Close to the beach and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Come and enjoy this beach paradise.

**No pet fees** Private 2-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 is fully private and the other is partially private. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.
