This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

Just 4 miles from Cornell and 5 miles from downtown Ithaca and Ithaca College, this popular stay is perfect for parents visiting students, couples celebrating a special occasion, friends needing an escape, or anyone craving a romantic or adventurous getaway. Sunny and charming apartment. Beautifully located!

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom. Parking for one car included.

Tranquil cozy wellness getaway

Perfect wellness retreat with sauna and pond for polar plunge/skating or swim. Cozy,private, light filled, spacious loft. Floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking woods and private pond, a sauna for use anytime, large garden, towering trees -open, uncluttered loft. Hiking/biking/running/ski trails out front door. Brewery, vineyard, golf course nearby. Safe, quiet, surrounded by nature for a recharge. Alice H Cook’s house previously. New photos - art mostly gone- projects in drive.

Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

The 1113 Hideaway

If you are looking for a hidden gem while visiting the Ithaca area you need not look any further. This is a newly built 2 bedroom apt, with a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer. We put a lot of thought into the detail when building/decorating this apartment...we want our guest to feel at home while staying here. Sit on the deck and watch the birds while enjoying your favorite beverage. While visiting check out the many gorges, falls, and wineries.
