"Livadaki Villa" comfortably accommodates 1 to 9 guests, plus 1+ infant, making it perfect for three couples, a large family, or a group of friends. The ground floor offers a spacious corner veranda, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.
