Entire house by the Canals & Parks!

Enjoy this modern beautiful Scandinavian style townhouse😊 It is centrally located with 3 mins walk from Islands Brygge Metro Station, 5 mins by metro to City Center. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge, where enables you to see the water and green park (Amager fælled) just outside of your window. The townhouse is bright and spacious. And it takes merely 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!

Town house in central Copenhagen with Court yard.

The town house is perfect for couples, families and friends who want to stay close to lots of tourist attractions in the middle of Copenhagen K. The house have direct access to a small courtyard where you will find garden furnitures and a barbecue. 1 open bedroom with a double bed 180x200. 1 kids room with a bed 120x200 downstairs. 1 kids room with a bed 140x200 on the loft. 10 min walk from the train station & less than 5 min to the " street " where all the shops and restaurants are. ENJOY

I den opvarmede og lyse kælder er der et stort soveværelse med garderobeskab. Hyggeligt byhus / rækkehus nær centrum

Charmerende privat byhus/ rækkehus i 4 etager på 200 m2 med en lille hyggelig og baghave, hvor eftermiddags -og aftensol kan nydes. Huset er ideelt for både par og en lille familie. Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. God beliggenhed 5 km fra Centrum, kun 12 minutter med offentlig transport / S tog er 800 meter fra huset. Vores hus i Valby er ikke blot et sted at overnatte, men også et hjemligt udgangspunkt for at udforske København, omgivet af natur og med nem adgang til byens faciliteter.

The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Her er muligheden for at leje et helt hus på Østerbro i fredelige og hyggelige omgivelser. Der er 136 kvm fordelt på tre etager med fire separate værelser. Der er toiletter på alle etager. Der er gårdhave både foran og bagved huset. Stort 65’ fjernsyn i stuen Adgang til Disney + og Netflix. Huset ligger tæt på s-tog (300 m) og metro (700 m), så I kan være i centrum af København på under 15 min. Under 1 km fra huset er Svanemølle Bugten med strand og bademuligheder. Stor park tæt på.

Uniq townhouse - total renovated - in city center

We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen. The house is placed in the middel of the quiet street with lots of kids playing and with no traffic making the place an oase in the city - perfect for families traveling with kids or travelers who wants to stay in a quite and architectural and unique part of Copenhagen .

Stilfuldt og hyggeligt dobbelthus i rolige omgivelser med egen have og parkeringsplads. 5 km. fra rådhuspladsen og 500 meter til nærmeste metro st. Flintholm. Det tager ca. 9-10 minutter med metro ind til Kongens Nytorv - centrum i København. Huset grænser op til Frederiksberg med gode indkøbsmuligheder, parker og restauranter.
