Fra stuen er der udgang til en skøn terrasse hvor du kan nyde den unikke udsigt, morgen-middag & aftensol. Tag en dukkert eller nyd en tur på supboard. Underetagen: 3 værelser: 1 værelse med dobbeltseng & terrasse. 1 børneværelse med 1 enkelt seng 90x200cm. 1 børneværelse med enkelt seng 80x200cm mulighed for 160x200cm seng. Stort flot badeværelse.

Unik beliggenhed, vandudsigt, 3 altaner og p-plads

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig omgivet af vand og med bademulighed lige nedenfor. Lejligheden på 94 m2 byder på entre, stor stue/køkken, badeværelse og stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og arbejdsplads med skærm. Skøn villa med god beliggenhed.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Copenhagen waterfront apartment

Come and enjoy the true Copenhagen summer in our place, where you can swim and sail right from the apartment/kitchen. It is lovely and car quiet area south of central Copenhagen, with watersports and laidback attitude. On one side of the apartment you have the canals and water, on the other you have a raised courtyard with great neighbours. We hope you’ll stay here and would love to give you recommendations to all the best parts of the city and within walking and biking distance.

Harbour View, 168m2 luxurious city appartment

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

Amazing view & Scandinavian design

Spacious and confortable apartment just by the water in the beautiful neighborhood of Sluseholmen in Copenhagen. You will feel like home here. There is the most wonderful natural swimming pool just in front of our home. This place is our home that we rent out when we travel, so we welcome people who will treat it with love and respect ❤️.
