Welcome to our charming houseboat Cocoon in Copenhagen. You will have 55 square meters of floating residence full of "hygge" as well as a terrace. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. Houseboat - Refshaleøen

The apartment is located on the main deck where you have a combined kitchen, living and sleeping area at your disposal. To the aft of the ship you can access a cozy covered outdoor area from where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon until sunset with a spectacular view over the harbor, historical Navy base Holmen, Langelinje & so forth. There is a 180X200CM bed for the adults and a 120cm children's bed if relevant. Fully insulated with underfloor heating for comfortable all year use.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
