Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

Området er den gamle bydel af København med brostensbelagte gader og historiske bygninger, i rolige omgivelser trukket væk fra byens værste larm. Welcome to our charming houseboat Cocoon in Copenhagen. You will have 55 square meters of floating residence full of "hygge" as well as a terrace. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. The apartment is located on the main deck where you have a combined kitchen, living and sleeping area at your disposal. To the aft of the ship you can access a cozy covered outdoor area from where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon until sunset with a spectacular view over the harbor, historical Navy base Holmen, Langelinje & so forth. There is a 180X200CM bed for the adults and a 120cm children's bed if relevant. Fully insulated with underfloor heating for comfortable all year use.

Charming ground floor apartment in the heart of Vesterbro. Close to a lot of cozy cafes, restaurants, bars and cultural attractions. There is easy access to beautiful areas in Copenhagen, with 200m to the metro and close to public transport. The apartment also offers a small outdoor area. The apartment is 80 m2 with 1 bedroom with 1,40m bed, facing the yard - therefore not as much noise from the street. A warm and stylish apartment, that functions as a home on a daily basis.
