Newly renovated loft in the heart of the Village of New Berlin, close to the park. About a half hour drive to Cooperstown or Hamilton, 25 minutes to Oneonta, 40 minutes to Utica, 20 to Norwich, and less than 10 to the Unadilla Motocross racetrack. Make yourself at home in a full kitchen with custom cabinetry, handmade by a local retired carpenter(my father). There is a full bathroom with washer and dryer. Two bedrooms- one with a king size bed, the other with a queen bed and workstation desk.

The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.
