Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. Classroom 6, a former Classroom, is located on lot 6 at Snake Creek Marina. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room along with 2 bedroom, 2 bath is all you need to have FUN! The 2 decks offer such a different environment from each other. The upper deck has a 4 person hot tub, outdoor dining, 36" Blackstone grill, and 2 lounge chairs. The "mandala" deck has a sofa & 2 hand crafted porch swings that helps get you in that relaxed mode. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

The oversized master suite is on it's own private level with a king size bed, sitting area, tv, electric fireplace and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom is located on the main level equipped with a king size bed, small desk and a rocking chair and the loft has two full size beds and a fold down sofa.
