The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. The villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

Ampio monolocale di circa 50 metri quadrati, per 2 persone composto da un ampio open space con letto matrimoniale con cucinino e zona pranzo e zona relax con un grande divano; l'appartamento ha un grande bagno con doppio lavabo ed è completato da un grande doccia e da una vasca. L'appartamento è al primo piano ed ha l'uso privato di un ampio balcone a piano (un tavolino, due sedie, due comode sdraio). Tassa soggiorno di € 3 a persona al giorno da pagare all'arrivo.
