Mother in law stayed here, and it was the perfect space for a getaway. A really clean, nicely furnished space which has all mod cons. Beautiful views! Will use again

A very well appointed and looked after air bnb. It has everything you need for a short stay. Great amenities, location and clean. It is also well decorated and aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Good beds and quality linens. It's a great base spot for exploring the Flinders side of the Peninsula. Thankyou, we would definitely return.

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Wonderful place to stay. Beach front and lots and lots of eateries nearby.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Upon checking in by chance I met Leanne in the apartment complex. We had a chat about St Leonard’s & the surrounding areas, which was invaluable. The apartment was perfect with a wonderful outlook to the water & very comfortable outdoor furniture. All areas inside the apartment were as described not one fault found. Looking forward to a return trip in the future

Great location. Very responsive hosts. Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Back yard felt very private. Aircon was great. Comfortable bed. Although near lots of shops and bars was very quiet and peaceful.

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Loved staying in our group of six at Daniela’s house. Communication was seamless & Daniella’s instructions were easy to follow for check in/out. House is stocked with additional pillows/blankets to get extra comfy & lots of tea/coffee to use. Lovely stay 😊

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

We had an amazing two-night stay in Sorrento with our two young children and parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family—my kids loved the bunk beds, and my parents enjoyed their own private space. The large dining table comfortably fit everyone, and the outdoor play area, especially the boat, was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, and towels were provided. One thing to note: there’s only one Aircon system in the living room, but each bedroom has a fan and heater, which worked perfectly for our fall visit. Cassie was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at rye. It was a great location to visit wineries, beaches, golf and the hot springs. Natalie was very kind and welcoming and the check out process was extremely low maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment is spacious, convenient and with a gorgeous view. Perfect in every sense. Ronda is amazing, and is very responsive. Instructions are clear. I would definitely recommend this place for 2.
