This unique private home and garden is the perfect place to stay as you explore the magic of Venice!

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Casa nel cuore della zona di produzione del Prosecco, e' una delle piu' antiche di Guia; ristrutturata piu' volte negli anni, ora puo' accogliere turisti itineranti e per soggiorni prolungati. Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Ristorazione molto qualificata nei dintorni, paesaggi suggestivi sovrastanti (visibile Venezia con aria tersa) e luogo per passeggiate e tour in bicicletta...

Casa singola indipendente su due piani, di recente ristrutturazione; Al primo piano si trova una camera matrimoniale, con possibilità di aggiungere due letti in caso di necessita. Una cameretta con un letto a castello; un bagno al primo piano. Al piano terra cè la cucina, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno e la lavanderia. ll giardino è grande attrezzato per bambini, nel periodo estivo si può usufruire del gazebo per pranzare all' aperto. Comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi meta come le isole di Murano, Burano, Torcello, San Servolo, San Lazzaro, Lido, San Erasmo,Pellestrina e Chioggia.

L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
