We are next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Landa River Trips. Rent tubes from either outfitter & just jump in the river. Their shuttles bring you back to the condos. After a day of flotation fun you can grill riverside and enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub. Walking distance to the downtown square and Wurstfest. We are in the middle of everything

Walking to schlitterbahn !!Lovely decorated 2 bedrooms condo! with 2 super comfortable Tommy Bahamas king beds ,plus sofa beds ! Comfortably sleep 6 peoples each room has view of the Comal river ,river front balcony!not every condo has view like this.outdoor tables ,bbq grill!swimming pool by the river!walking distance to charming downtown New Braunfels ,where there are many shops, live music and excellent restaurants to dine out!please reach out for any questions! Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.

A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.
