If you're planning a weekend getaway with some friends or family, this cottage has everything that you need to relax in complete comfort. The central location is close to local restaurants, Hill Country activities, and the beautiful Canyon Lake. It's a two bedroom one bath house with a back deck and front porch on over two beautiful acres. Bordered by farmland, and across the road is Crescent Bend Nature Park. The park is a great place for bird watching, walking, jogging, bike riding and fishing. We are only minutes away from Randolph AFB and historic Main St. Cibolo with unique dining and weekend entertainment options. The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

Evening gatherings take place in a warm hot tub or a cozy campfire, perfect for making s'mores. Visit a local winery, cruise on a boat, hike the Canyon Lake Gorge, catch some sun at the “lake beach”, float the Guadalupe River with a beverage of choice or slide down the Schlitterbahn Waterpark tubes. Canyon Lake is truly a fun/relaxing place!

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Brodie's Bungalow on Lake Dunlap

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. guest house is located on an acre of land on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels. We are 4 miles from downtown New Braunfels, and 5 miles from Gruene. Our main residence is on the same property, but you will enjoy your own space; the only thing we share is the main driveway into the property. This is a waterfront property-Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver in the house rules.
