Had a WONDERFUL time in the charming and whimsical space!! Historical, charming, and functional, The Aerie had a bountiful helping of fun additions in this Victorian space. Loved the overlapping rugs especially. The place was well furnished and made the perfect getaway for the weekend.

Historic Studio Loft - Primo Location

This is the second time we've stayed in this building, first time in Sam's home. This location is very convenient for any events at the convention center. This home was clean and comfortable and met all our requirements. If you read the reviews you will find that on the weekends this section of town can be quite noisy at night, this we also experienced - my advice if you're not a night owl would be to use the provided sound machine and wear ear plugs to get you past 2am. On street parking is available on Poplar St in 3 hour increments Monday thru Saturday from 8am til midnight, free on Sunday - we parked on the street the majority of the time.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location ideal - right in the middle of Otterbein campus. Gretchen & Bruce were great hosts and very responsive and even tracked me down when I had accidentally left some items. Thank you so much!

We traveled to the Columbus for a horse show at the Expo Center. Decided to get an Airbnb instead of our usual hotel room. I found Brendan’s apartment listed and booked last minute (I’m a procrastinator). I am so thankful. The apartment was beautiful, we were able to walk to the expo center. Lots of great restaurants/bars as the apartment was close to OSU campus. It’s was clean, not cluttered. The hosts were quick to respond. I will be sure to book each time we are in town if it is available! ☺️

Classic, Peaceful Flat in Great Location!

We did a one night stay while visiting family in Columbus. It was the perfect space for our young family with an infant and a toddler. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. I was able to give my kids a bath and they both slept comfortably- one in a bed the other in a pack and play we brought. My son and I also cuddled up on the couch to watch a movie when the baby went to bed. We had a great stay.

Bold & Beautiful Flat - Unmatched location!

My husband and I stayed here for a family visit over the Easter weekend. It's a smaller, cozy and wonderfully clean ground floor flat that fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable linens and beds, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bath, and excellent communication from David. Free off-street parking was very helpful. Quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was great! Easily walkable or a quick Lyft for our needs! The provided ear plugs came in handy for a quick afternoon nap before our Saturday night event. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Communication was great when we had questions. We would stay here again.

This was an amazing spot!!! Easy walking distance to so many things!!! The space was so great. It was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were super comfy! The house and parking by spot are a little hard to find, but the host is really helpful! Be prepared if you have more than one car to find paid parking elsewhere, but the host has suggestions if you ask! Besides parking it was an amazing visit!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Ado’s rentals, and like our first stay, this one didn’t disappoint as well. Ado responds very quickly to texts and the location is perfect for when we visit our son at school. We will be back!

Jennifer’s place in Westerville was absolutely perfect! I stayed here with my two friends for a mom’s getaway and we felt right at home once we arrived. The location was perfect! We walked around downtown Westerville. Such a cute and charming town! We felt very safe and we didn’t hear anything disturbing outside noise. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jennifer!

Roger was great, BnB was great, all around nice place to stay! Quiet, Clean and private neigborhood, and we had no problems with road noise or neigbor noise. Every room was spotless and tidy, very much appreciated 👍 Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Host

My two adult daughters and I were visiting The Ohio State fair and wanted to stay the night to explore Columbus the next day. Jennifer's place was perfect for us! Not only is the location great!! The apartment was very thought out and she didn't leave out any details. So much character! The beds were so comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows! Highly recommended her place!

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

Great apartment with excellent amentities. Location is top tier being minutes from the city and walkable or quick Uber to near by restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay here again.
