Enjoy a beautiful 24-ft yurt on a peaceful Iowa homestead. Elevated deck with grill, fire table, sectional and sweeping prairie views. Inside - a skylight dome over a plush queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, WiFi, and heating/AC. XL Games to play. Beautiful historic 4 bedroom, 4 bath home within walking distance to shopping, bars/restaurants and all that downtown Muscatine has to offer. Enjoy sweeping views of the Mississippi River from several vantage points in and outside this home. The 3000 sf interior offers many places to gather and relax. Two of the bedrooms have on suite full baths. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. Additional amenities include, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, games, grill, outdoor entertainment area.

Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City is about 35 minutes away. Riverside Casino is about 15 minutes away.
