Solar and motion detector lights along with a lighted electronic key pad for ease of access. Please note there are 23 steps with rails on both sides and a landing area half way to the apartment.

Large, private 1350 sq ft apartment in a peaceful, wooded location, 1 mile from downtown Nashville and the Brown County State Park. 3 queen beds (one is a murphy bed, in order to have 2 separate sleeping areas). Full kitchen with washer/dryer. Free WiFi. Large private yard and deck to bird watch with your complimentary morning coffee and biscotti. Enjoy the outdoor gas grill and fire pit (wood provided). I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.
