Acollidora casa, típica mallorquina, recentment restaurada, al centre de la Colònia de Sant Pere. A 100 m. del mar i just devora la plaça de l'església, el supermercat i del forn. La Colònia és un petit poble de pescadors, tranquil i allunyat del turisme, ideal per a relaxar-se. Encara es pot comprar peix fresc directament de la barca. Té 3 habitacions, 2 banys, 1 cuina, sala d'estar, menjador i bugaderia, reformat del 2017; una gran terrassa, barbacoa i zona de joc infantil. IDEAL PER A NINS.

ENCANTADORA VILLA CA NA XIDOIA EN ALCUDIA.

Ca Na Xidoia está decorada estilo rústico, detalladamente cuidada en todos sus rincones, los techos son altos con bigas de madera, concepto abierto, loft con cocina abierta y habitación en altillo con baja altura, escalera empinada. Su estilo tiene mucho carácter pero a la vez dispone de todas las comodidades modernas, para disfrutas de unas maravillosas vacaciones. Dispone de cama balinesa, piscina privada, wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, calefacción. Un espacio único para nuestros huéspedes.

This beautiful apartment is located at just 50 meters from the beach. The property stands out by a spacious and bright dining room with air conditioning and heating system. It has a sofa bed and a work table with direct access to the outside terrace, furnished and covered. The bedroom has a double bed (possible to separate into two single beds), a large wardrobe and a large window with access to the terrace. It has a complete bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Ideal house for hikers, cyclists, families (with children) or any person who wants to enjoy our endearing landscapes full of peace, gastronomy and Mallorcan culture. The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches
