Uno de los mejores y seguros barrios en Quito, muy cerca de los 3 centros comerciales principales (Quicentro Shopping, Mall el Jardin, CCI Mall). Justo alfrente del parque la Carolina. El edificio tiene guardia 24 horas. La suite tiene parqueadero cubierto en el mismo edificio. IMPORTANTE: Para nosotros es muy importante obtener y poder dar una buena calificacion, por esta razon tratamos de tener una buena comunicacion ante cualquier problema.
