Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

Campopineta has absolutely stunning views!After a long day of traveling around Tuscany my family and I really enjoyed sitting out back with a bottle of wine enjoying the beautiful weather and views. One small issue we had was dealing with some bugs in the top room. To be expected in an older house located way out in the country. But other than that there were no issues and the house had everything we needed during our short stay. Alessandra is very sweet and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Campopineta to anyone who is planning on staying in the area. :)

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

The secret garden is an amazing spacious retreat that is within walking distance of anything you would want to see in Siena. The check in process was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with every amenity you could think of. We would not hesitate to return in the future!

Roberta went above and beyond to provide an excellent service, with lots of recommendations and was there if we needed anything at all. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and the breakfast provided was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again :)

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Clara’s accomodation is perfect for visiting San Gimigano. She is a lovely and friendly host and was very helpful even though we were late arriving. Only a 5 minute walk from the old village so perfect for multiple visits. Very comfortable and can highly recommend.

This is the best airbnb! The space is perfect, the location is great, and the views from the terrace are breathtaking. We loved getting to meet the host upon arrival. She gave amazing recommendations. I could not recommend this place enough!

We loved Christina’s place. If you are looking for a quiet location with easy train access to the student square or train station in Florence, then this place can’t be beat. The apartments itself is fantastic and decorated impeccably. It is easily within a few minute walk from groceries and some really great restaurants. I highly recommend this location for travelling to Florence!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Luca's place is just as described. It's in the heart of Florence and easy to get to everything from there, but still has some privacy. Currently the sandwich shops on the street are extremely popular, so lots of lines and activity there (probably thanks to social media!) but we were always out and about during the day so no worries at all. The view from the upstairs bedroom is outstanding. A private view of the Duomo that can not be beat, especially at nice. The place is clean and there are the basics there for cooking, etc. (although we ended up never cooking, but the coffee pots were very welcomed!). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to everything from there and if we need Luca he was responsive both before and after the trip. The place is spacious and we had room to spread out.

Endroit très agréable pour des vacances. Vue magnifique sur les champs d’oliviers. Une très bonne bouteille de vin du vignoble de Linda nous a été offerte à l’arrivée. Je recommande

Our stay in Florence was made perfect by Federicos place, it is in the best location, literally a minutes walk from the Dome. Everything was in walking distance and the view from the terrace was magical. The facilities of the apartment were everything you need for your stay and the bed was very comfy. Federico met us at the apartment and showed us around and was able to give recommendations for local places to eat and drink. There are lots of stairs to get up to the apartment but it is well worth the climb, would 100% recommend

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

Love it! Can’t say enough about this apartment. Well furnished, decorated nicely and in a great location, location, location! Located right next to St Croce Square, surrounded by shops and restaurants-but, far enough away from the LARGE crowds near Piazza del Duomo. Bed was a bit firm for us, everything else was grande! Thank you.

Tolles Appartment in hervorragender Lage (San Lorenzo, Markthalle...). Sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Gute Austtattung, bequeme Betten, kleine Terrasse in reizvoller Dachlandschaft. Kein Luxus, aber alles sehr stilvoll und ästhetisch. Einziger (sehr kleiner) Minuspunkt: Es gibt keine Garderobe bzw. Möglichkeit Jacken und sonstige Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Maurizio and Sabrina were excellent hosts who went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. They greeted us upon our check in to the place, providing us with everything we could need and more to fully relax as well as maximise our time in Florence, even providing a green binder of local recommendations/interest points among other items. The property itself was extremely well kept and cosy, while the surrounding neighbourhood was quiet with the city centre a mere 30 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride. All in all, this was a great stay and find on AirBnB and we would highly recommend it to any looking to stay in Firenze.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

L’appartamento di Rita è grazioso, ben tenuto ma soprattutto comodo: a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi puoi ritrovarti in dei bei posti di Firenze. In più Rita è reattiva e precisa nel dare informazioni. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto!

hote reactif et arrangeant. Les echanges étaient clair et nous avons eu de bon conseils de sorties. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Florence et la terrasse de l'appartement offre un point de vue magnifique du Duomo et du Palazzo Vecchio (très sympa pour y boire un verre de vin en fin de journée). je recommande !

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly. Thanks
