Originally the grooms accommodation for the historic Hartrigge House , it offers peace and quiet and an amazing homely atmosphere. The Cottage By The Sea is a delightful, cosy, and comfortable traditional Fisherman's cottage in the seafront village of Partanhall, on a spectacular part of Scotland's Coast. The Cottage offers spectacular views around the bay and beyond. You can often spot Seals and Sea Birds and an occasional Dolphin or Whale. From the doorstep, you can join scenic trails and connect to the Southern Upland Way. Enjoy tennis, fishing, and easy access to Glentress Mountain Biking Centre, or take a short train ride into Edinburgh for a day in the city.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

Set in the historic town of Eyemouth, 5 miles north of the border with England, The Argyle House is a mere stones throw from Eyemouth’s natural harbour & fine coastal scenery. With 2 beaches to explore, a bustling harbour complete with quaint bars, pubs & fine dining restaurants, Eyemouth really is a place of beauty. Scuba diving trips are regularly taken from the harbour and with a vast array of ship wrecks and other marine life to explore, you will not be disappointed.

Driftwood is a recently refurbished quaint cottage in the centre of Eyemouth within a 2 minute walk from the family and dog friendly beach. Eyemouth is a picturesque seaside village with a bustling harbour where you can buy locally caught fish or enjoy a meal in the many restaurants all within walking distance. Eyemouth has plenty of activities including fishing, boat trips and diving. There is a leisure centre and amusement arcade with 10 pin bowling.

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. You will also have your own comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

Garden Cottage is a Grade B listed cottage, stone built around 200 years ago, with views over the restored Victorian glasshouse and orchards at the bottom of our gardens. The beamed bedrooms upstairs complement a spacious and light ground floor that has access to private front and back gardens, with sitting out paved areas in each. The cottage is fully furnished and is in a quiet and out of way location, surrounded by fields and woodlands.

Our cosy farm cottage surrounded by mature trees, has a stunning view over the Eye Valley and can accommodate 4 people. There are plenty of walks, enabling you to see the sheep and cows close by and an abundance of wildlife on the farm. A very quiet and peaceful location, yet close enough to St. Abb's Head National Nature Reserve and the award winning Coldingham Bay. Edinburgh, an hour away, famous for its castle and festivals.

Beautiful Grade 2 property with garden and spectacular views towards Holy Island. Lots of period features and only a short distance to the coast. Part of a conversion on a Victorian farm steading, retaining superb stonework and craftmanship. Berwick upon Tweed offers restaurants, pubs and a theatre. Alnwick and Bamburgh Castles,coastal and hill walks, cycle routes, sea angling, fishing and golf are in easy reach.

Stunning secret cottage located just steps from Berwick's most vibrant street. Bridge Street is home to 3 pubs, 3 cafés and numerous restaurants. Next to the two-storey smithy (a former artists studio) , you'll find hidden steps opening up to a large garden. The Smithy is an oasis of peace nestled in the centre of the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Dogs are more than welcome to stay :)

Beblowe offers you the chance to unwind and enjoy the magic of Holy Island which is cut off from the mainland twice a day by the tides giving you a true sense of escapism. The cottage is blessed with wonderful views and is bathed in morning light. For colder months my home is cosy with central heating and a wood burning stove; perfect to relax in front of after exploring the island .
